• 411 • REGULAR, MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL AUGUST 15, 1978 rWascbak called the meeting to order at 7:38P.M. with the following il members present: Di Carlo, Maier, Carinei, linker end DelPizzo. Others presents City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Engineer Jieinsky. Coons ity Development Director Drama and City Clerk Stahl. Absent: City Treasurer Easson. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the August 1, 1978 meeting as presented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman DiCarlo moved that enclosurers be accepted and brought up under the pro- per head of business. COUNCIL ITEMS RESOLUTION NO. 29 Mr. Wurl read Resolution No. 29, Series 1978, commending the late Councilman DiLorenzo for her unselfish services. during her term on Council. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution No. 29, Series 1978, be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. RESOLUTION NO. 30 City Attorney Joss read the Resolution CARANCI SPECIAL USE REVIEW stating that it was recommended by the Planning Commission that the request be approved. Councilman Kilker moved that Resolution No. 30, Series 1978 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Councilman DelPizzo asked if this was sat far enough back from the street. Mr. Drumm stated that the request meets all requ'*lments set by the City. After comments, roll call vote was taken. DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Caranci yes, Meier yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. RESOLUTION NO. 25 Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 25, THOMAS SPECIAL USE REVIEW Series 1978 stating that it was recommended by the Planning Commission that the request be approved. Councilman Meier moved that Resolution No. 25, Series 1978, be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. M
