• 411 <br /> • <br /> REGULAR, MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL AUGUST 15, 1978 <br /> rWascbak called the meeting to order at 7:38P.M. with the following <br /> il members present: Di Carlo, Maier, Carinei, linker end DelPizzo. <br /> Others presents City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City <br /> Engineer Jieinsky. Coons ity Development Director Drama and City Clerk <br /> Stahl. Absent: City Treasurer Easson. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br /> minutes of the August 1, 1978 meeting as <br /> presented. <br /> ENCLOSURERS Councilman DiCarlo moved that enclosurers <br /> be accepted and brought up under the pro- <br /> per head of business. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 29 Mr. Wurl read Resolution No. 29, Series <br /> 1978, commending the late Councilman <br /> DiLorenzo for her unselfish services. <br /> during her term on Council. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo moved that Resolution <br /> No. 29, Series 1978, be adopted. Seconded <br /> by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 30 City Attorney Joss read the Resolution <br /> CARANCI SPECIAL USE REVIEW stating that it was recommended by the <br /> Planning Commission that the request be <br /> approved. <br /> Councilman Kilker moved that Resolution <br /> No. 30, Series 1978 be adopted. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Meier. <br /> Councilman DelPizzo asked if this was sat <br /> far enough back from the street. <br /> Mr. Drumm stated that the request meets all <br /> requ'*lments set by the City. <br /> After comments, roll call vote was taken. <br /> DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Caranci yes, <br /> Meier yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 25 Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 25, <br /> THOMAS SPECIAL USE REVIEW Series 1978 stating that it was recommended <br /> by the Planning Commission that the request <br /> be approved. <br /> Councilman Meier moved that Resolution No. <br /> 25, Series 1978, be adopted.
