Storm Sewer Project Award Bid. <br /> I have enclosed in the packet the bid tabulation on <br /> the storm sewer project. It came in $10,000 higher <br /> then the estimate, but we do have the money and re- <br /> commend chat Council award the bid to the low bidder, <br /> L. & L. Construction. <br /> B. Board of Appeals Appointment Alternate Member <br /> I have enclosed in the packet a request from the Board <br /> of Appeals that Council designate a new alternate <br /> member. <br /> C. Coal Creek Junction Liquor License renewal. <br /> Enclosed in the packet is the information relating to <br /> this. <br /> D. City Clerk Resignation and Appointment. <br /> Enclosed in the packet is a copy of Patty Stahl's re- <br /> signation as City Clerk effective December 31, 1978. <br /> I would like to recommend that Council appoint Cleo <br /> Mudrock to that position to serve until the next <br /> election. <br /> E. Community Development Block Grant Public Hearing <br /> We will be entitled to $70,000 in grant money next <br /> year. Our recommendation is that it be allocated on <br /> the basis of $10,000 for administration $60,000 for <br /> rehab. <br /> F. Planning Commission vacancy. <br /> As you all know we have a vacancy on the Planning Com- <br /> mission due to the death of Bob Connors. This is a <br /> Council appointment. I am not sure whether you want to <br /> advertise or since we recently advertised and have two <br /> people interested, Bob Hinsberger and Barb McDonald. <br /> Let me know what you wishrto do. <br />
