• <br /> 411 <br /> REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL SEPTA 4. �l79 <br /> Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.H. with the following <br /> Council ambers present: DiCarlo, berry. Meier, Caranci, Eilkar and <br /> Da1PLaso. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City At <br /> Joss City Planner Drumm, City Engineer Richardson, Dir. Parlcsno. <br /> Stahl, Police Chief Munger, City Treasurer Reason and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilman Berry moved that the minutes <br /> be accepted and placed on file. Seconded <br /> by Councilman DelPisso. Motion carried. <br /> PRESENTATION OF BOCCI Mr. Charles rlarich, representing Jack <br /> BALL TOURNAMENT PRIZE Jacobs & Co. , presented the winners, <br /> Tim Camps and Don Guilmont, first prise <br /> of the Bocci Ball Tournament, a trip <br /> on the Mississippi River. He thanked the <br /> Louisville Parks & Recreation department <br /> for coordinating the tournament and stated <br /> that they hope to make it an annual tourna- <br /> ment with the prise sponsored by Jack <br /> Jacobs Co. <br /> ENCLOSURERS Councilman Xilker moved that enclosurers be <br /> accepted and brought up under the proper <br /> head of business. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Meier. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> DESIGNATION OF POLLING Councilman Caranci moved that the fol <br /> PLACE lowing. places, Ward I - Middle School, <br /> Ward II - Community Building, Ward III - <br /> Elementary School be designated as polling <br /> places for the Municipal Election. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> CML POLICY COMMITTEE Mr. Wurl stated to Council that since he is <br /> APPOINTMENT now on the Executive Board for the CML. he <br /> felt someone else would like to serve on <br /> the Policy Committee. He noted that if <br /> Council would not be available, David Stahl <br /> stated that he would be interested in serv- <br /> ing. Council would not be able to serve <br /> due to the time of the meetings, and re- <br /> commended a staff member serve. <br /> Councilman Caranci moved that David Stahl <br /> be appointed to serve on the CML policy <br /> committee. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> POWDER HORN CONSTRUCTION Councilman Berry moved that pay estimate #7 <br /> PAY EST. #7 FILTER PLANT be made to Powder Horn Construction in the <br /> amount of $28,637.40. Seconded by Coun- <br /> cilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> r <br />
