ORDINANCE NO. 661 Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 661 on ALLEY VACATION second reading by title only. SECOND READING Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance No. 661 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Councilman Meier asked if the easement nt had been included on the ordinance as re- -- quested by Council. Attorney Joas checked the published copy and reported that the easement was in- cluded on the published copy of the Ord- inance and the ordinance could be adopted . as published. After discussion Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance No. 661 be adopted as published. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. - Roll cell. DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, Berry yea, Meier yes, DelPizzo yes, ICilksr yea. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 663 All members of Council had before them a FAUSON ANNEXATION copy of Ordinance No. 663 for their re- - FIRST READING view and files. Attorney Joss read Ordinance No.663 on first reading by title only. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance No. 663 be ordered published and a public hearing be set for October 2, 1979. Seconded by Councilman DelPisso. Motion carried.
