Motion carried. <br /> BRASHBAR LETTRA Mk. ihrl read a letter of thanks from <br /> Theresa Erashear who vas involved is an ' <br /> accident on Labor Da . She thanked the <br /> ppoolice department and especially officer <br /> Lorr+sry for his quick response and assistance <br /> which saved her life. <br /> Attorney Joss stated that he reviewed the <br /> polic report on the accident and also stated <br /> that Officer Lowery did an exceptional job <br /> in handling the accident. <br /> APPROVAL OF CITY Councilman Berry moved that the City Ad- <br /> ADMINISTRATOR REPORT ministrator's report be accepted and <br /> placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br /> DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS & <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> REGAL SQUARE Councilman DelPizzo stated that he had <br /> visited some of the apartments in Regal <br /> Square and some of them were in need of <br /> repairs as the walls were cracking and <br /> some floors were pulling away from the <br /> walls. He requested that City staff re- <br /> view the problems up there and have the <br /> contractor repair the problems or possibly <br /> file suit. <br /> Mr. Wuxi stated that the contractor has <br /> already been notified and has been given <br /> certain amount of time to remedy the pro- <br /> blems or the City will go to the bonding <br /> company to cover the damages and repairs. <br /> He stated that the contractor has been <br /> doing sone of the repair work and should <br /> be done in a short time. <br /> It was noted that money has been retained <br /> for completion of some of the repairs. <br /> WATER PRESSURE Councilman Meier stated that he has received <br /> complaints about the water pressure in the <br /> west Parkwood area. <br /> Mr. Wurl stated that when the plan was first <br /> laid out, the area west of Via Appia and <br /> the trailer park were to be in the high <br /> zone. With the development there were no <br /> complaints until the demand increase so <br /> they were on the gravity system til pre- <br /> sent. He stated that the problem will be <br /> resolved by installing wo valves and this <br /> will correct the problems. <br />
