Wurl asked if Council Mould like to have a work soul-on and also have a meeting with the property owners. Council stated that they would like to have a study session and be available at the property owners meeting. RE-EVALUATION OF FINANCING Mr. Wurl stated that he has the revised CITY HALL REMODELING tabulation sheet for the City Hall financing. and at the last meeting had noted that Jinco was the low bidder, but it did not reflect on the tabulation sheet. Mr. Wurl requested that Council amend the motion that was made giving Boettcher & Co. the bid, to approving Jinco as the low bidder and proceed with the paper work under Jinco. Councilman Meier moved that on the City Hall improvement financing, that the City Admin- . istrator be authorized to proceed with Jinco Leasing being the low bidder. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Mr. Wurl noted that Jinco Leasing is a competent leasing company and did not feel that the City would have any problems. After comments motion carried to approve Jinco Leasing for the City Hall financing, 5 - 1. CABLE T.V. UPDATE Mr. Wurl stated that he has mat with Mr Jones and the City Attorneys are updating the City Ordinance to reflect the recom- mendations that were made to DRCOG. Mr. Wurl stated that he will be meeting with other counties who are involved with Mountain States Video. He also noted that he received a proposal from Louisville Communications Co which is stationed in Boulder and recommended that their proposal be reviewed along with the City Attorney updates and talk with both companies. CORRESPONDENCE Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence and asked Council if they would be interested in purchasing a table at the Flight For Life Benefit Dinner. Councilman Kilker moved that the City
