Seconded by Councilman <br /> Berry. Roll call. DiCarlo yes. Berry <br /> yes, Meier yes. Caranci yes, Kilker yes, <br /> and DelPizzo yes. lotion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 19 Mr. Wurl read Resolution No. 19, Series <br /> BUDGET 1979 for the adoption of the 1980 budget. <br /> Mr. Wurl gave an explanation regarding <br /> the revenues and expenditures proposed <br /> for the year 1980. <br /> Mayor W'aschak opened the public hearing. <br /> There were no comments for or against the <br /> budget. <br /> Councilman Meier did ask Mr. Wurl to check <br /> into backup energy for the City pump <br /> stations. <br /> With no other comments Councilman DelPizzo <br /> moved that Resolution No. 19, Series 1979 <br /> be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Meier. Roll call,. DelPizzo yes, Kilker <br /> yes, Caranci yes, Meier yes, Berry yes, <br /> DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 20 Mr. Wurl read Resolution No. 20, Series <br /> TAX LEVY 1979 for the setting of the tax levy. <br /> Councilman Berry moved that Resolution <br /> No. 20, Series 1979. be adopted. Seconded <br /> by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> FIRE DEPT. SPECIAL EVENTS Attorney Joss reported that the Fire Dept. <br /> LIQUOR LICENSE PERMIT is requesting that a public hearing be <br /> held on November 7, 1979 for a special <br /> events liquor license for December 15, 1979. <br /> Councilman Maier moved that a public hearing <br /> be set for November 7, 1979 for a special <br /> events liquor license request by the <br /> Volunteer Fire Dept. Seconded by Councilman <br /> DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> APPROVAL CITY ATTORNEY Councilman Berry moved that the City Attor- <br /> REPORT ney's report be accepted and placed on file. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried. <br />
