• • 410 411 RESCHEDULED tSEt'TInG LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOVEKBER 27 1979 Mayor Waschak called the meeting-to order at 7:30 P.M. with the followr- ing Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, Milker, and DelPizso. Others prasentc City Administrator #furl., City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Reason, Dir. Community Div.l. Rupp, Parka i Rec. Dir. Stable Police Chief Munger and City Clerk Stahl. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the November 7, 1979 meeting as presented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman DelPizzo moved that the en- closurers be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Notion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS SENOR T'S LIQUOR LICENSE Councilman DelPizzo moved that Senor T's RENEWAL liquor license be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Motion carried. ANGELO'S PIZZA 3.2% BEER Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing LICE'N`SE REQUEST - PUBLIC for Angelo's Pizza and Subshop 3.2$ TEARING beer license. Attorney Joss reported that the application was in order and the proper notice had been posted and published properly. Mx. Chris Walker, attorney representing Mr. Bob Coy, applicant, presented Council with the plans for the establishment. Mr. Bob Coy, applicant stated that the application had been for consumption on and off the premises; however, since there would be two other outlets in that vicinity, he has changed the request to consumption on premises only. Mr. Walker presented petitions containing 57 signatures in favor of the establish- ment. There were no audience comments for or against the application. Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing and turned discussion over to Council. /146111 N J r It a
