W April 15, 1980 <br /> DITCH Councilman Carnival stated that the ditch <br /> located by 8unland and Evans seems to be <br /> developing into a big hole. <br /> MI MS MUMS Councilman DelPiszo stated tha the girls <br /> an the Girls Louisville Softball teams <br /> requested use of Miners Field and were <br /> turned dorm. The reason for this was ex- <br /> plained by Mk. Stahl because there is al- <br /> ready 35 teams and 280 games that are <br /> scheduled between May 5 and the end of <br /> August. Mc. Stahl stated that the team may <br /> fill out a Facility Use Permit at the Park <br /> and Rec. Office prior to when they want <br /> to use the field. They are welcome to <br /> use it if it is available. <br /> ENCLAVES ANNEXATIONS Councilman Caranci asked if there was any <br /> response on the letters about the people <br /> around the area regarding annexation. <br /> Mr. Rupp stated that there was 11 responses <br /> back, only three have expressed an interest <br /> to annex. Two were at the corner of Main <br /> and South Boulder Rd. The third one was <br /> up at BSCS. They are going to send the <br /> necessary information to these people. <br /> TREES Council asked about the Chinese Chestnut <br /> trees. Mr Stahl stated that the trees <br /> had been ordered. The 12 trees have <br /> already been received. <br /> PUBLIC WORKS Councilman Fauson stated that the Safety <br /> MINUTES Meeting Minutes were handled well with <br /> the incident of the truck being twisted. . <br /> APPROVAL OF COUNCIL Councilman Domenico moved that the Council <br /> AND COMMITTEE REPORTS Comments and Committee Reports be accepted <br /> and placed on file. Seconded by Council- <br /> man Meier. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE BILLS City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the <br /> amount of $171,881.77. Councilman Meier <br /> asked about the bill of Jinco Leasing Corp. <br /> listed as Legal Services at $34,834.00. <br /> Leon Wurl stated that it should be listed <br /> as Legal and Finance Cost. <br /> Councilman Caranci asked about the bill of <br /> VWR Scientific Inc. in the amount of <br /> $1,247.50. Mr; Wurl stated he would <br /> check on it. <br /> Councilman Domenico moved that the bills <br /> be approved and checks issued for the same. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion <br /> • carried. <br />
