41, Minutia Pi�gge S April 1S� 1.980 ORDINANCE NO. 677 Councilman Meier stated he requested that REVOKING MTH. STATES this matter be brought up before Council VIDEO PERMIT again, for their consideration. Mr Wurl noted that if Council revokes the oratumnce every company would be on as ever basis for their proposals. Council voiced their concerns about the present permit and that nothing has been done in the past several years, regerdiug it. After discussion of Ordinance No. 677 Mir. Glen Jones of Jones Intercable spoke about revoking of the permit. Council's= Maier moved that Ordinance 677 be published and a Public Hearing set for May 6, 1980. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried 6 .0. APPROVAL CITY Councilman Carnival moved that the City ATTORNEY REPORT Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 6-0. CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT CITY HALL PLAQUE City Administrator Wurl asked Council to select a Plaque out of the two that were presented. the Plaque will be minds out of stone and located on the North aide of the entry way and the existing Plaque will be located on the South side of the entry way as you enter the Lobby. Councilman Meier moved that the 24" X 30" Plaque be used in the City Hall due to the fact that is the closest size to the exist- ing one. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Motion carried 6-0. APPROVAL CITY ADMIN- Councilman Domenico moved that the City ISTRATOR REPORT Administrators report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 6-0. -- COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS SIGN LAFAYETTE ST. Councilman Domenico asked if a sign had been ordered for the dead end at the and of Lafayette Street. Mr. Wurl stated that there was one furnished. DRCOG REQUEST Coma-Wen Meier reported that tear requested to have a study session with the Council and Planning Commission on things that DRCOG does and what they have to offer. •
