STATES this matter be brought up before Council <br /> VIDEO PERMIT again, for their consideration. <br /> Mr Wurl noted that if Council revokes the <br /> oratumnce every company would be on as ever <br /> basis for their proposals. <br /> Council voiced their concerns about the <br /> present permit and that nothing has been <br /> done in the past several years, regerdiug <br /> it. <br /> After discussion of Ordinance No. 677 Mir. <br /> Glen Jones of Jones Intercable spoke about <br /> revoking of the permit. <br /> Council's= Maier moved that Ordinance 677 <br /> be published and a Public Hearing set for <br /> May 6, 1980. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Carnival. Motion carried 6 .0. <br /> APPROVAL CITY Councilman Carnival moved that the City <br /> ATTORNEY REPORT Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br /> on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br /> CITY HALL PLAQUE City Administrator Wurl asked Council to <br /> select a Plaque out of the two that were <br /> presented. the Plaque will be minds out <br /> of stone and located on the North aide of <br /> the entry way and the existing Plaque will <br /> be located on the South side of the entry <br /> way as you enter the Lobby. <br /> Councilman Meier moved that the 24" X 30" <br /> Plaque be used in the City Hall due to the <br /> fact that is the closest size to the exist- <br /> ing one. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> APPROVAL CITY ADMIN- Councilman Domenico moved that the City <br /> ISTRATOR REPORT Administrators report be accepted and placed <br /> on file.
