Ne <br /> noted it we requested by the staff to <br /> table those ordinances again. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 671 Administrator Wurl discussed the reason • <br /> MORRISON ANNEXATION for the ordinance being tabled at the last <br /> SECOND READING meeting, the reason being that Morrison <br /> couldn't attend the meeting until May 6; <br /> 1980. Comm. Darn. Dir. Rupp state d Mir. <br /> hbrrison still wants to pursue the five <br /> acre tracks and also wants to make a pre- <br /> sentation to Council with some base naps. <br /> Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance 671 <br /> be tabled until the May 6 meeting. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Carnival. Motion <br /> carried 6-0. <br /> DEFERRED COMPENSATION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13 Councilman Meier moved that Resolution 13 <br /> METROPOLITAN LIFE and Resolution 14 be tabled until the May <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 14 6,1980 meeting. Seconded by Councilman <br /> ICMA PLAN Domenico. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> ORDINANCE NO 678 Attorney Joss read the Ordinance on second <br /> ANDERSON ANNEXATION reading by title only. Mayor Waschak opened <br /> SECOND READING the Public Hearing. Attorney Joss stated <br /> PUBLIC HEARING that Ordinance 678 vas published in full in <br /> the Louisville Times, on March 19. 1980 <br /> and the Public Hearing notices wore publish- <br /> ed in the Louisville Times on March 26, 1980 <br /> and April 2, 1980. <br /> Denny Drumm, 813 Main St. , representing <br /> Harold Anderson, petitioner, gave a bref <br /> presentation. Anderson has requested <br /> annexation of about 7/10 of an acre of land <br /> located South of Ulla Vista Dr. , and North <br /> of Daly Road that is also requested IL <br /> Zoning. The site is large enough for four <br /> single family units. It will be subdivided <br /> and brought up before Planning Commission <br /> next month if Council approves the annexa- <br /> tion and zoning. There is one existing <br /> single family dwelling that exists in the <br />
