John Rupp stated that the annexation agree- ment has been signed. Mayor Waschak closed the Public Hearing on Ordinance 678. Councilman Meier moved that Ordinance 678 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call. Ayes: Carnival, Fauson, DelPizzo, Domenico, Caranci, Meier Noes: None Motion carried 6-0. ORDINANCE NO. 679 Attorney Joss read the Ordinance on second ANDERSON ZONING reading by title only. Mayor Waschak open- SECOND READING ed the Public Hearing. Attorney Joss stated PUBLIC HEARING that Ordinance 679 WAS published in full in the Louisville Times on March 19, 1980 and that Public Hearing Notices were pub- lished in the Louisville Times on March 26, 1980 and April 2, 1980. AUDIENCE COMMENTS There were no comments from the audience in support or opposing the Ordinance. John Rupp commented that Mr. Anderson decided to have four Iota. Mayor Waschak closed the Public Hearing. Councilman Domenico moved that Ordinance 679 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. Ayes: DelPizzo, Domenico, Caranci, Meier Fauson, Carnival.
