This would not have <br /> to be incorporated in the ordinance, but could <br /> be discussed at a study session. <br /> Director Rupp inquired if this could be done <br /> without including the list in the code. <br /> Attorney Joss suggested an administrative <br /> list would be helpful as a reference for his <br /> office and council. <br /> Councilman Carnival Concurred with Councilman Meier's suggestion <br /> regarding the list as it was a sensitive area <br /> with Planning Commission and Council is con- <br /> cerned and he was confident that Director Rupp <br /> would use caution. <br /> Director Rupp informed Council that the list <br /> would be compiled and presented to Council <br /> for approval. <br /> 7. Conformance in 3 years for all non-con- <br /> forming signs in the City - specifically by <br /> April 1 , 1964. <br /> Councilman Fauson Inquired how people would be informed of the <br /> time limit for compliance of signs. <br /> Director Rupp advised that if the amendments <br /> were approved by Council, every sign owner <br /> or business estsblishement that is not in <br />
