Seconded <br /> by Councilman Maier. Question called for. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> AUDIENCE COMMENTS None. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT Attorney Joss advised Council that the <br /> ORDINANCE # 713 b 714 property owners request that the public <br /> BSCS ANNEXATION hearing be opened and that it be continued <br /> BSCS ZONING as there are a few items that need to be <br /> reviewed in the annexation agreement. If <br /> it is handled in this manner we need not <br /> advertise again for the public hearing. <br /> Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing <br /> for Ordinances #713 and #714 BSCS Annexation <br /> and BSCS Zoning. <br /> ATTORNEY PETER C. DIETZE Advised Council that there had been a mix- <br /> REPRESENTING BSCS up between their office and BSCS relative <br /> to the annexation and zoning ordinances <br /> and it was for that reason that they were <br /> asked for the continuance of the public <br /> hearing. The main administrative party <br /> was out of town and he distributed a copy <br /> of a letter requesting the continuance. to <br /> each councilman. <br /> CONTINUANCE OF PUBLIC HEARING Councilman Meier moved that the public <br /> ON ORDINANCES #713 & 714 hearing for Ordinance #713 - BSCS Annexation <br /> and Ordinance #714 - BSCS Zoning be con- <br /> tinued until April 21, 1981. Seconded by <br /> Councilman Carnival. Question called for. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. 5-0. <br /> ORDINANCE #715 - ZONING Attorney Joss certified proper publications <br /> AMENDMENTS - 2ND READING in the Louisville Times and read the ordin- <br /> PUBLIC HEARING ance by title only. <br /> Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing and <br /> asked for comments from Director Rupp. <br /> He advised council that most of the changes <br /> were housekeeping measures and clarifying <br /> the changes that are under amendment. <br /> 1. Home occupation - amendments include <br /> no increase in utilities for average neighbor- <br /> hood, and other non-allowable home occupation <br /> that would cause present or future problems. <br />
