REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL APRIL 21 1981 <br /> Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following <br /> Council members present: DelPizzo, Cummings, Carnival, Meier, and Domenico. <br /> Absent: Councilman Fauson. Also present were City Administrator 'furl, <br /> City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer 'lesson. Director of Community Development <br /> Rupp, Police Chief Leesman, Director of Community Services Hioco, City En- <br /> gineer Blanchard, Chief Accountant Caranci, Planner Randall, and Acting <br /> City Clerk Mudrock. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OP MINUTES Mayor Caranci and Council approved the <br /> minutes of the regular meeting of April <br /> 7, 1981 as presented. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Meier moved that the items <br /> enclosed be accepted and brought up under <br /> the proper head of business. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Carnival. Question calked <br /> for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing <br /> AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL and inquired of Attorney Joss if every- <br /> EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - thing was in order. Attorney Joss re- <br /> PUBLIC HEARING ported that it was and that the applica- <br /> tion was for two separate dates April 25. <br /> 1981 from 6:00 P.M. continuing until 2:00 A.K. <br /> April 26, 1981, and the second date was for <br /> May 22, 1981 commencing at 6:00 P.M. until <br /> 2:00 A.M. May 23, 1981. Proper posting had <br /> been made at the location. <br /> Mayor Caranci asked if there was anyone <br /> in the audience opposed to the license. <br /> None. Anyone in favor. None. He then <br /> closed the public hearing <br /> APPROVAL Councilman Domenico moved that the Special <br /> Events License for the two dates for the <br /> American Legion be approved. Seconded by <br /> Councilman 'Meier. Question called for. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL Attorney Joss advised Council this special <br /> EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE events application for the American Legion was <br /> APPLICATION - MAX 30, 1981 for May 30, 1981 commencing at 12:00 noon <br /> until 2:00 A.M. May 31, 1981. The applica- <br /> tion was in order and he suggested a public <br /> hearing be set for May 5, 1981. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING SET Councilman DelPizzo moved that the American <br /> Legion special events license be accepted <br /> and the public hearing be set for May 5, 1981. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Domenico.
