1 <br /> • <br /> 4/21/81 Page - 2 - <br /> MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION - ANNUAL Attorney Joss read the Proclamation in its <br /> CLEAN UP WEH.K entirety. <br /> Director Hioco informed Council this would <br /> be trash, limbs, and grass clippings and <br /> excluded junk cars, and refrigerators and <br /> other large appliances. <br /> AUTHORIZATION Councilman Meier moved that the Mayor be <br /> authorized to sign the proclamation on <br /> Louisville Clean Up Week. Seconded by <br /> Councilman Domenico. Question called for. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> rea <br /> MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION - Attorney Joss/the proclamation in its entirety. <br /> ARBOR DAY Councilman Domenico moved that the Mayor <br /> sign the Arbor Day Procimation. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Cummings. Question called <br /> for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> COAL CREEK JUNCTION Each councilman had a copy of the request <br /> ALTERATION REQUEST and a sketch of the proposed plan. <br /> TERRY GRALL, PRESIDENT Advised council that the caboose and the <br /> COAL CREEK JUNCTION next two cars have an existing patio and <br /> they would like to place 8 or 9 tables <br /> on the patio and provide service there. <br /> There would be no alterations to the existing, <br /> building. <br /> Councilman Meier Inquired if these would be permanent or <br /> temporary tables. Mr. Grail advised they <br /> would be temporary and would be taken in <br /> at the end of the summer season. <br /> Councilman Domenico Remarked to Attorney Joss that 3 other re- <br /> quests of this type were denied. Attorney <br /> Joss advised all of these required construc- <br /> tion, Mr. Grail's request did not. <br /> APPROVAL Councilman Cummings moved that the Coal <br /> Creek Junction's alteration request be <br /> approved. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br /> Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried 5-0. <br /> HISTORICAL. COMMISSION- Letters had been received from Steve <br /> MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT Anderson and Nancy Robson expressing interest <br /> STEVE ANDERSON to serve on the Commission. Mayor Caranci <br /> appointed Steve Anderson, who was in attendance. <br /> AUDIENCE COMMENTS None <br />
