1 • 4/21/81 Page - 2 - MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION - ANNUAL Attorney Joss read the Proclamation in its CLEAN UP WEH.K entirety. Director Hioco informed Council this would be trash, limbs, and grass clippings and excluded junk cars, and refrigerators and other large appliances. AUTHORIZATION Councilman Meier moved that the Mayor be authorized to sign the proclamation on Louisville Clean Up Week. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. rea MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION - Attorney Joss/the proclamation in its entirety. ARBOR DAY Councilman Domenico moved that the Mayor sign the Arbor Day Procimation. Seconded by Councilman Cummings. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. COAL CREEK JUNCTION Each councilman had a copy of the request ALTERATION REQUEST and a sketch of the proposed plan. TERRY GRALL, PRESIDENT Advised council that the caboose and the COAL CREEK JUNCTION next two cars have an existing patio and they would like to place 8 or 9 tables on the patio and provide service there. There would be no alterations to the existing, building. Councilman Meier Inquired if these would be permanent or temporary tables. Mr. Grail advised they would be temporary and would be taken in at the end of the summer season. Councilman Domenico Remarked to Attorney Joss that 3 other re- quests of this type were denied. Attorney Joss advised all of these required construc- tion, Mr. Grail's request did not. APPROVAL Councilman Cummings moved that the Coal Creek Junction's alteration request be approved. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. HISTORICAL. COMMISSION- Letters had been received from Steve MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT Anderson and Nancy Robson expressing interest STEVE ANDERSON to serve on the Commission. Mayor Caranci appointed Steve Anderson, who was in attendance. AUDIENCE COMMENTS None
