MEMO Page - 2 - G. Richard Mille - Annexation Request. Inclosed are a letter from Mr. Siena and a map requesting consideration of annexation a portion of his property lying north of the Denver-Boulder turnpike. Once again the recommendation is to refer the matter to the Planning Commission for their re- view and recomoendetion. H. C.I.C. - Pay Request As you are aware we withheld $5,000 from the final pay estimate on the City Hall in order to correct the problem that we have with the windows on the north aide of the building; and also some minor things i.e. paint touch-ups under the overhang in the front. So an estimate has been given to the architect on the widows and that estimate is $1„800.-1-. We are recommending that the Mayor and Council release $2,500.00 from the amount being retained and we will retain $2,500.00 to be certain that those jobs are completed. I. Parrot II - Liquor License Renewal. Information is enclosed. J. The Depot - Alteration Request. They intend to do some alterations at the Depot - information is enclosed, the owner will be present at the Council meeting and answer any questions you may have. K. Mayor's Proclamation - Public Works Week. L. Mayor's Appointment on the Finance Committee As you know Mr. Carnival served on the Finance Committee, as you know it will up to the Mayor to replace him. Item 5. Items from people in attendance not appearing on the agenda. Item 6. City Attorney's Report A. Ordinance #718 - Updating Louisville Municipal Code Titles 1-9 - 2nd Reading. This was tabled at the last Council meeting at the request of the Louisville Businessmen's Assoc. who wished to review 2 aspects i.e. increasing the fees for business licenses from $5 to $10, also increasing the annual telephone tax fee from $4.00 per customer to $12.00. I don't have anything in writing. I under- stand they have met taking a position on the matter and someone intends to be at the Council meeting to report on that. B. Ordinance #719 - Adopting 1981 Nat'l Electrical Code - lst Read. Information enclosed.
