Resolution #11 - Centennial Valley I Phases 2 & 3 Final Plat <br /> Informtion enclosed. The Planning Commission voted 4-2 to ap- <br /> prove the tat. Additional information will be presented at <br /> the Council meeting. Basically it deals with starting out to <br /> be 105 lot replat - one phase has been reduced to 40 at this <br /> time, but 105 eventually. <br /> F. Resolution #12 - Thompson Special Review Use <br /> Information enclosed - Planning Commission has recommended <br /> approval. <br /> G. Resolution #13 - Cottonwood Manor Lots 1,2,445 Final Plat <br /> This also was approved by the Planning Commission and information <br /> is enclosed. <br /> Item 7. City Administrator's Report <br /> A. City Vehicles - Policy <br /> As you know sometime ago Council requested we develop a policy <br /> relating to City vehicles. It has been drafted and reviewed by <br /> all the staff members and we are recommending that Council adopt <br /> the policy. <br /> B Community Services - Vehicle Leases <br /> We have taken bids on equipment that we need for Community <br /> Service Dept. specifically Parks and we will have some recom- <br /> mendations on Tuesday. <br /> Item S. Council Comments & Committee Reports. <br /> Item 9. Approval of the Bills <br /> Item 10. Adjournment. <br />
