The suggested date for the public hearing is your second meeting in September which will be September 15, 1981. Enclosed is a copy of the ordinance and a map reflecting the area proposed for annexation. This was the land that was deeded to the City on the back side of the hill by the filter plant and the land owned by the City of Lafayette. It was given to us by the Mesa Point potpie. Recommenda- tion from the Planning Commission is also enclosed. F. Ordinance #729 - Mesa Point Open Space Zoning - 1st Reading - Set date for Public Hearing. Copy enclosed; once again the suggested date for the public hearing is September 15, 1981. G. Ordinance #730 - STC North Annexation - let Reading - Set date for Public Hearing. Enclosed is a map indicating the area proposed for annexation. Once again the suggested date for the public hearing is September 15, 1981. Suggested date is September 15, 1981. I. Resolution #20 - Coal Train Square - Final Plat and PUD Special Review Use. Enclosed is the resolution as well as the information relating to this item. It is the development of the 5 acre tract on the northeast corner of Highway 42 and South Boulder Road. Also enclosed is the recommendation from the Planning Commission as being approved. Item 7.
