. • • <br /> • <br /> REGULAR METING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL AUGUST 4 1981 <br /> Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.K. with the following <br /> Council meebers present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Brown, Meier and <br /> Domenico. Also present were: City Administrator City Attorney Rsuten- <br /> etraus, City Treasurer Hasson, Director of Community Development Rupp, <br /> Lt. Walssan, Chief Accountant Caranci, City Engineer Blanchard, and Acting <br /> City Clerk Mudrock. Absent: Director of Community Services Hioco and <br /> Police Chief Leesman. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES Mayor Caranci and council approved the <br /> minutes of the regular meeting of July <br /> 21, 1981 as presented. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved that the items <br /> enclosed be accepted and brought up under <br /> the proper head of business . Seconded by <br /> Councilman Meier. Question called for. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing, <br /> LOUISVILLE JAYCEES - SPECIAL and Attorney Rautenstraus advised Council <br /> EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC the property was properly posted and the <br /> HEARING application was in order. The request <br /> was for a special events license for <br /> September 7, 1981 from 10:00 A.M. till <br /> 10:00 P.M. on September 7, 1981. <br /> Mayor Caranci inquired if there was anyone <br /> present - opposed to the application. <br /> None. In favor - none. No council remarks. <br /> He then closed the public hearing <br /> APPROVAL Councilman Domenico moved that the Louisville <br /> Jaycees - Special Events liquor license be <br /> granted for September 7, 1981 from 10:00 A.M. <br /> till 10:00 P.M. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Brown. Question called for. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> JOHN LEAVITT - ST. ANTHONY'S Mr. John Leavitt advised council he was <br /> HOSPITAL PLANNING DEPT. the marketing analyst with the planning <br /> department of St. Anthony's Hospital <br /> Systems in Denver. Each member of council <br /> had a copy of the survey form he wished to <br /> distribute to a sample of the relictc:.cs of <br /> Louisville relating to health car. needs. <br /> The survey is being conducted within the <br /> northern suburbs of Denver. Information <br /> obtained from the surveys will be compiled <br /> as to demographics, self perceived health <br /> needs and the health status of the residents. <br />
