. • • • REGULAR METING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL AUGUST 4 1981 Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.K. with the following Council meebers present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Brown, Meier and Domenico. Also present were: City Administrator City Attorney Rsuten- etraus, City Treasurer Hasson, Director of Community Development Rupp, Lt. Walssan, Chief Accountant Caranci, City Engineer Blanchard, and Acting City Clerk Mudrock. Absent: Director of Community Services Hioco and Police Chief Leesman. ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES Mayor Caranci and council approved the minutes of the regular meeting of July 21, 1981 as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business . Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing, LOUISVILLE JAYCEES - SPECIAL and Attorney Rautenstraus advised Council EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC the property was properly posted and the HEARING application was in order. The request was for a special events license for September 7, 1981 from 10:00 A.M. till 10:00 P.M. on September 7, 1981. Mayor Caranci inquired if there was anyone present - opposed to the application. None. In favor - none. No council remarks. He then closed the public hearing APPROVAL Councilman Domenico moved that the Louisville Jaycees - Special Events liquor license be granted for September 7, 1981 from 10:00 A.M. till 10:00 P.M. Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. JOHN LEAVITT - ST. ANTHONY'S Mr. John Leavitt advised council he was HOSPITAL PLANNING DEPT. the marketing analyst with the planning department of St. Anthony's Hospital Systems in Denver. Each member of council had a copy of the survey form he wished to distribute to a sample of the relictc:.cs of Louisville relating to health car. needs. The survey is being conducted within the northern suburbs of Denver. Information obtained from the surveys will be compiled as to demographics, self perceived health needs and the health status of the residents.
