Motion carried. <br /> MARK VAN ARK WATER TAP REQUEST Mayor Caranci advised council that Mr. <br /> Van Ark had applied for a water tap, and <br /> 1 he was given the water tap without of council. Our ordinance specifies that <br /> hat <br /> • no outside water tap will be granted unless <br /> council approves it. This was done by an <br /> oversight, and the Mayor requested that <br /> the money for the water tap be refunded Mr. <br /> Van Ark and the water tap would be revoked <br /> until it is approved by Council. <br /> M.R. MARK VAN ARK Each member of council had a copy of <br /> Mr. Van Ark's letter addressed to Adminis- <br /> trator Wurl requesting and "outside water <br /> tap." He introduced himself to council <br /> and stated his address was Sugar Loaf, <br /> Boulder, Colorado - was representing his <br /> mother who would benefit from the water <br /> - tap. He explained that his mother's well <br /> of 30 years was rendered useless by the <br />
