410 110 <br /> RESCHEDULED MEETING ,- IOUISYILLE_ CI' Y COUNCIL. NOVEMBER , 1981 <br /> Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.D.S.T. with the <br /> following Council members present: Fauson, DelPisso, Meier, Brown and <br /> Domenico. Also present were: City Attorney Rautenstraus, City Treasurer <br /> Hesson, Director of Community Development Rupp, City Engineer Blanchard, <br /> Chief Accountant Caranci, Planner Lanternman, Asst. Planner Hinkieman, <br /> and Acting City Clerk Mudrock, newly elected Councilmen Cussen and Leary. <br /> Absent: Councilman Cummings, City Administrator Wurl, Police Chief Lees- <br /> man, and Director of Community Services Hioco. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Caranci and council approved the <br /> minutes of the regular meeting of October <br /> 20. 1981 as presented. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved that the items <br /> enclosed be accepted and brought up under <br /> the proper head of business. . Seconded by <br /> Councilman Meier. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> AMENDMENT TO THE ANNEXATION Tabled <br /> AGREEMENT - CENTENNIAL VALLEY <br /> AGREEMENT COLO. DEPT. OF Tabled <br /> HIGHWAYS - JACOBS-KAHAN ET AL <br /> AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL Attorney Rautenstraus advised the application <br /> EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC was in order and proper posting of the <br /> HEARING premises had been made. The application <br /> was for November 20, 1981 from 6:00 P.M. <br /> to November 21, 1981 till 2 :00 A.M. <br /> Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing and <br /> asked if there was anyone present supporting <br /> the application - none. Opposed - none. <br /> Council remarks - none. <br /> APPROVAL Councilman Domenico moved that the special <br /> events liquor license for the American <br /> Legion be approved. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Brown. Question called for. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> BUNGALOW LIQUORS LICENSE Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br /> RENEWAL application was in order. <br /> Councilman Domenico moved that the Bungalow <br /> APPROVAL Liquors license renewal be approved. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Meier. Question called for. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> LOUISVILLE LIQUOR MART Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br /> LICENSE RENEWAL application was in order and there-were <br /> no police incident reports on any of the <br /> g,n <br />
