Question <br /> called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> 5-0. <br /> KAREN'S COUNTRY KITCHEN Attorney Rautenstraus advised the application <br /> LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL was in order. <br /> APPROVAL Councilman Brown moved that Karen's Country <br /> Kitchen liquor license renewal be approved. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question <br /> called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> ROBERT & TERESE METZ Councilman Meier moved that the Metz's <br /> ANNEXATION REQUEST annexation request be forwarded to the <br /> Planning Commission for review and recom- <br /> mendation. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. <br /> Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried 5-0. <br /> SENOR T'S LIQUOR LICENSE Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br /> RENEWAL application was in order and there are <br /> no police incidents for this applicant. <br /> APPROVAL Councilman Fauson moved that Senor T's <br /> liquor license renewal be approved. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Meier. Question <br /> called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> BART'S RESTAURANT LIQUOR Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br /> LICENSE RENEWAL application was in order and there are no <br /> police incidents for this applicant. <br /> APPROVAL Councilman Domenico moved that Bart' s Restau- <br /> rant liquor license renewal be approved. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question <br /> called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> BLACK DIAMOND SALOON - Each member of council had a copy of the <br /> REQUEST TO ALTER PREMISES application and a diagram to enclose the <br /> patio portion of the building. <br /> Director Rupp advised that the request was <br /> appropriate within the zone and had approval <br /> of the City Attorney. If Mr. Ross, the owner <br /> of the Black Diamond Saloon wishes to remove <br /> the enclosure for the summer, he would again <br /> be required to come to council for approval. <br /> Staff's recommendation for this use was for <br /> approval. <br />
