Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. KAREN'S COUNTRY KITCHEN Attorney Rautenstraus advised the application LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL was in order. APPROVAL Councilman Brown moved that Karen's Country Kitchen liquor license renewal be approved. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. ROBERT & TERESE METZ Councilman Meier moved that the Metz's ANNEXATION REQUEST annexation request be forwarded to the Planning Commission for review and recom- mendation. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. SENOR T'S LIQUOR LICENSE Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the RENEWAL application was in order and there are no police incidents for this applicant. APPROVAL Councilman Fauson moved that Senor T's liquor license renewal be approved. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. BART'S RESTAURANT LIQUOR Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the LICENSE RENEWAL application was in order and there are no police incidents for this applicant. APPROVAL Councilman Domenico moved that Bart' s Restau- rant liquor license renewal be approved. Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. BLACK DIAMOND SALOON - Each member of council had a copy of the REQUEST TO ALTER PREMISES application and a diagram to enclose the patio portion of the building. Director Rupp advised that the request was appropriate within the zone and had approval of the City Attorney. If Mr. Ross, the owner of the Black Diamond Saloon wishes to remove the enclosure for the summer, he would again be required to come to council for approval. Staff's recommendation for this use was for approval.
