M.S.T. with the <br /> following Council members present: Fauson, Dings, DelPizzo, Brown, Meier, <br /> and Domenico. Also present were: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney <br /> Rautenstraus, City Treasurer Hesson, Director or Community Development Rupp, <br /> Director of Community Services Hioco, Director of Public Safety Leeman, <br /> City Engineer Blanchard, Acting City Clerk Mudrock. Councilmembers elect: <br /> Leary, Cussen, Morris and Ferrara. Absent: Chief Accountant Caroni. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Caranci and council approved the <br /> minutes of the regular meeting of December <br /> 1, 1981 as presented. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Meier moved that the items <br /> enclosed be accepted and brought up under <br /> the proper head of business. Seconded by <br /> Councilman Domenico. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Attorney Rautenstraus advised the applica- <br /> AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL tion was in order and proper posting had <br /> EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC been made at 1340 Main St. <br /> HEARING <br /> APPROVAL Councilman Brown moved that the American <br /> Legion Special Events Liquor License be <br /> appzwved for December 31, 1981 from 4:00 P.M. <br /> to January 1, 1982 till 2:00 A.M. <br /> Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Question <br /> czllec for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> COAL CREEK JUNCTION - LIQUOR attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br /> LICENSE RENEWAL application was in order and there were <br /> no incident reports by the police depart- <br /> ment. <br /> APPROVAL Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Liquor <br /> License for Coal Creek Junction be renewed. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question <br /> called for All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> ROYAL FOOD MART - 3. 2 BEER Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br /> LICENSE APPLICATIOA - SET application was in order and suggested <br /> DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING a public hearing date of January 5, 1982. <br /> ACCEPTANCE Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Royal <br /> Food Mart 3. 2 Beer License application be <br /> accepted and a public hearing be set for <br /> January 5, 1982. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Brown. Question called for. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
