p.mir „Irgrw, <br /> 411 <br /> 12/15/81 Page -2- <br /> AMENDMENT TO ANNEXATION Administrator Wurl advised the signed <br /> AGREEMENT - CENTENNIAL VALLEY agreement had been received from the <br /> AND AGREEMENT COLORADO DEPT. developers '- Homart and Jacobs/Kahan. <br /> OF HIGHWAYS He also stated that in the event that <br /> the developers could finalize the agree- <br /> ment by tomorrow, December 16, 1981, they <br /> would like to present this to Council so <br /> that they could meet with the State Hiway <br /> Commission on December 17, 1981. If the <br /> material is received by noon of December <br /> 16th, a continued meeting would be called <br /> for Council to review the agreement on <br /> December 16, 1981 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> • <br /> Administrator Wurl advised one of the changes <br /> the developers wished to make with the Colo- <br /> rado Department of Hiways was to place a <br /> cap on the total cost; the second thing <br /> was the amount of land that would have to <br /> be acquired and the limit for this purchase <br /> was set at $50,000. <br /> AUDIENCE CONiIENTS None <br /> CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT City Attorney read the Ordinance by title <br /> ORDINANCE #746 -- BIELLA only and certified proper publication. <br /> ANNEXATION - PUBLIC HEARING Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing <br /> and called on Director Rupp who stated that <br /> the annexation was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission at their meeting of November 10th <br /> by a vote of 5-2. <br /> A slide presentation was shown of the area <br /> of approximately 35 acres divided by Coal <br /> Creek. The adjacent zoning shows that <br /> Louisville city limits does lie within the <br /> 1500' setback limit illustrated in the City's <br /> Comprehensive Plan and is aho`a for open <br /> space. Water and sewer utilities are not <br /> immediately available to the site and there <br /> are nc proposal requests by the applicant. <br /> The present zoning is 18 acres for commercial <br /> and 15 acres for agricultural use, with <br /> the commerical use being near Dillon Road. <br /> The application has been in process for several <br /> months. <br />
