Mayor Meier presented Mr. Domenico with his resolution and thanked him for his many years of service. Mr. Domenico thanked everyone and wished the new council the best of luck. SELECTION OF MAYOR PRO-TEM Councilman Ferrera moved that the selection of Mayor Pro-tem be by secret ballot. Seconded by Councilman Cummings. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. 1MINATIONS Councilman Leary nominated Herman Fauson for Mayor Pro-tem. Seconded by Council- woman Morris. There were no other nominations. Council- HERMAN FAUSON SELECTED man Cummings moved that the nominations be closed. Councilman Cussen moved that Herman Fauson be accepted as Mayor Pro-tem by this Council by acclamation. Seconded by Council- man. Seconded by Councilman Cummings. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. Councilman Fauson thanked Council for their vote of confidence. FINANCE CO MITTS Mayor Meier appointed Don Cummings as Chair- man of the Finance Committee - 2 members Herman Fauson and Mike Cussen. DENVER REGIONAL COUNCIL OF Mayor Meier appointed himself as the member GOVERNMENTS and Councilman Cummings as alternate. BOULDER COUNTY CONSORTIUM OF Mayor Meier appointed Councilman Fauson as CITIES the member representative and alternate Councilman Leary.
