COUNCIL APPOINTMENTS Councilman Cummings moved that all Council appointments be made by secret ballot. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. CITY ATTORNEY Councilman Fauson moved that Curt Rautenstraus CURT RAUTENSTRAUS be appointed City Attorney. Seconded by Councilman Cummings. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0 PROSECUTING ATTORNEY Councilman Cummings moved that Bruce Joss BRUCE JOSS be retained as Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Louisville. Seconded by Council- man Cussen. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. Councilman Cussen stated that the Attorneys were requested to submit a letter, and at no point did Council state what they really wanted nor what was expected of them. He then read a very clever poem, for which Mayor Meier thanked him. PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION Mayor Meier stated that interviews were held 2 - 2-YEAR TERMS for applications and these appointments would be made by secret ballot. Councilman Leary moved that all applicants be placed in the nomination. Seconded by Councilman Cussen. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. Mayor Pro-tem Fauson read the votes of the secret ballot and City Clerk Mudrock tallied them.
