Motion carried 6-0 <br /> PROSECUTING ATTORNEY Councilman Cummings moved that Bruce Joss <br /> BRUCE JOSS be retained as Prosecuting Attorney for <br /> the City of Louisville. Seconded by Council- <br /> man Cussen. Question called for. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> Councilman Cussen stated that the Attorneys <br /> were requested to submit a letter, and at <br /> no point did Council state what they really <br /> wanted nor what was expected of them. He <br /> then read a very clever poem, for which Mayor <br /> Meier thanked him. <br /> PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION Mayor Meier stated that interviews were held <br /> 2 - 2-YEAR TERMS for applications and these appointments would <br /> be made by secret ballot. <br /> Councilman Leary moved that all applicants <br /> be placed in the nomination. Seconded by <br /> Councilman Cussen. Question called for. <br /> All in favor.
