JAWS Project - Additional Information <br /> The presentation of this project will be made by Dr. John <br /> McCarthy the principle investigator. The majority of the <br /> material was sent to Council previously 2/16/82 and 3/2/82 <br /> packets. The additional information requested by Council- <br /> woman Morris is enclosed. <br /> B. Boulder Valley Pow Wow 3.2% Beer License - Public Hearing. <br /> Dr. Dale Marcotte, Vice President of the Boulder Valley Pow <br /> Wow will be in attendance to answer any questions. <br /> C. Hammer Letter. <br /> Mr. Hammer's request is that he be allowed to subdivide the <br /> property located at the corner of 104th and Dillon Road and <br /> not be required to install city utilities and/or the required <br /> street improvements. Also enclosed is a recommendation from <br /> John Rupp, Director of Community Development relating to this <br /> item. <br /> D. Trousil Letter - Outside Water and Sewer Tap. <br /> Enclosed is a map depicting the area on which Mr. Trousil <br /> wants to build an industrial building in the County; he <br /> is requesting to tie on to the City water and sewer system. <br /> Enclosed is a memo from the Director of Community Development <br /> relative to the problems associated with this request - most <br /> specifically that the development is taking place in our pro- <br /> posed open space area. <br />
