Jacobs/Kahan Property Lease <br /> Enclosed is a copy of the proposed lease on a portion of our <br /> open space property. This has been leased to Jacobs/Kahan <br /> in the past; basically it is almost impossible to divide the <br /> property as there is substantial cost in attempting to do this <br /> by way of a fence; they have leased it in the past for grazing. <br /> Our recommendation is that again the City lease this land to <br /> them for the next year. <br /> Item 6. Items from people in attendance not appearing on the agenda. <br /> Item 7. City Attorney's Report <br /> A. Ordinance #757 - Sentencing Minors - 1st Reading. <br /> B. Mayor's Proclamation - Saturday Study Club. <br /> C. Resolution #15 - Metz Subdivision - Final Plat <br /> Enclosed is the information relating to this and a recommendation <br /> from the Planning Commission that the Subdivision Final Plat <br /> be approved; also a recommendation from the Dir. of Community <br /> Development that it be approved. <br /> D. Resolution #16 - Olga Schreiter Subdivision - Final Plat <br /> Once again enclosed is the recommendation from the Planning <br /> Commission that Council approve the subdivision and final plat; <br /> also a recommendation from the Director of Community Development. <br /> E. Resolution #17 - Coal Creek Stating Filing #3 - Final Plat. <br /> A copy of the recommendation of the Planning Commission is en- <br /> closed that Council approve the final plat; also a recommendation <br /> from the Director of Community Development. <br /> Item 8. City Administrator's Report. <br /> A. Water and Wastewater Tap Fee Proposed Increases <br /> Requesting authorization from the Council that the Ordinance be <br /> prepared for your consideration for your first meeting in May <br /> that would increase the water tap fee from $4,100.00 per tap <br /> to $4,500.00 per tap and that the residential sewer tap fee <br /> be Increased from $1,000.00 to $1,500.00 per tap. <br /> B. Water and Wastewater Rate Increase. <br /> Enclosed are copies of what appeared to be proposed increases <br /> that the Council would consider at their Study Session of <br />
