(Everyone applauded) . <br /> RESOLUTION #19 - TRACK INN Attorney Rautenstraus read the resolution <br /> SPECIAL REVIEW USE in its entirety. Each member of Council <br /> had a copy of the executed Special Review <br /> Use Agreement. <br /> Director Rupp gave a slide presentation of <br /> the area - stating location was at 1006 Pine <br /> St. , designated Community Commercial use, <br /> applicant wished to add an outdoor beer <br /> garden and bocci court, which will be en- <br /> closed with a 6' wooden fence. The Plan- <br /> ning Commission recommended approval. <br /> Eddie Wickline - Representing Stated there would be an emergency exist <br /> The Track Inn from the bocci court; also informed Council <br /> discussions had been held with the neigh- <br /> bors and they had no objections. The <br /> bocci court would lie inside the 6' fence. <br /> Mr. Wickline also advised there would be no <br /> lighting for the bocci court at this time, <br /> and use of the beer garden would be seasonal. <br /> Councilman Ferrera Requested that a condition be included in <br /> the Special Review Use that the beer garden <br /> and bocci court would not be used after dark. <br /> APPROVAL WITH CONDITION Councilman Fauson moved, Councilwoman Morris <br /> seconded that Resolution 19 - Track Inn <br /> Special Review Use be adopted with the <br /> condition that the Bocci Court and beer garden <br /> not be used after dark. Question called for. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> ORDINANCE #759 - WATER AND Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br /> WASTEWATER TAP FEE INCREASE by title only on second reading and public <br /> hearing; also certified proper publication. <br /> Mayor Meier opened the public hearing and <br /> Attorney Rautenstraus certified public hear- <br /> ing notices were published in the Louisville <br /> Times May 5, and May 12, 1982. <br /> • '1 <br />
