All in favor. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> ORDINANCE #777 - REGAL INVEST- Mayor and councilmembers had a copy of the <br /> MENT CO. - REZONING ordinance. Attorney Rautenstraus read the <br /> ordinance by title only, and the request <br /> was for publication and a public hearing date <br /> be set. <br /> PUBLICATION AUTHORIZED Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Ferrera <br /> seconded that Ordinance #777 - Regal Invest- <br /> ment Co . - Rezoning be published and the <br /> public hearing be set for November 16 , 1982 . <br /> Councilman Cussen Directed his inquiry to Director Rupp. Asked <br /> if the builder still had his commitment to <br /> improvements at Centennial Park or would this <br /> alter that? <br /> Rupp advised this would be discussed when the <br /> plat and PUD review process comes before <br /> Council ; but is still under that commitment. <br /> Councilman Cussen Wished to be reassured these improvements <br /> would be made and the commitment not be altered. <br /> Director Rupp stated he was certain the developer <br /> would comply with the improvements . <br /> Councilwoman Morris Inquired what the current zoning was. <br /> Rupp replied R-H. The developer is requesting <br /> extension of his Office-Medical use on the R-H <br /> property. At the Planning Commission meeting <br /> Mr. Bellock brought with him various doctors <br /> and they very adequately explained the pur- <br /> pose of the zoning request . Planning Com- <br /> mission did unanimously approve the zoning change <br /> Rupp stated this group will come before Council <br /> also. <br /> Councilwoman Morris inquired if the surrounding <br /> area was also zoned office. zoned <br /> Rupp advised the area to the east would be/office <br /> to the south R-M or R-R, to the west R-H. and <br /> to the north is Centennial Park. <br />
