. . •
11/3/82 Page -18-
:Mayor Meier Commented that Director Rupp requested that
Council comment as to the format for the
Comp Plan and Meier advised him that he
liked the format presented by Councilman Leary,
and urged the councilmembers to give Rupp
their comments if they had not already done so.
Councilman Leary Remarked that the up-date on the leachate pro-
blem report was good, however, he would like
to a report reflecting the solutions to the
problem and the progress on it . He felt that
the judgement made by an official of the EPA
in the newspaper was not a judgement for him
to make . Stated there are many people in
Louisville now that do buy their drinking water.
Felt that Council' s focus should be on the
resolution to the problem.
Administrator Wurl Remarked that the resolution always has been
fairly simple in his opinion. He had repeatedly asked
them to call him or the Water Supt . of Louisville
if there is a problem so that it can be addressed.
ACCEPTANCE OF COUNCIL COMMENTS Councilman Fauson moved, Councilwoman Morris
seconded that che council comments be accepted
and placed on file . Question called for .
All in favor. Motion carried.
APPRVOAL OF THE BILLS City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the
amount of $92 ,295 . 05 .
Councilman Cummings moved that the bills be
