• <br /> . . <br /> 11/3/82 Page -18- <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS Inquired if the list of improvements that the <br /> Councilman Ferrera developers were to complete was available. <br /> Wurl advised they are in the process of com- <br /> piling this and it would be available for <br /> the next meeting. <br /> Councilwoman Morris Commented the Kosher Burrito was supposed <br /> E(oshier Burrito to write a letter on the concerns expressed <br /> by the residents , inquired if there was a <br /> time-frame. <br /> Attorney Rautenstraus advised that he had not , <br /> would contact them. <br /> `fission Greens Councilwoman Morris stated that she spoke <br /> with one of the homeowners in Mission Greens <br /> apparently they still have some problems <br /> with the developer not meeting improvements <br /> and they would like to come before Council, <br /> how do we put them on the agenda? <br /> Administrator Wurl Stated that staff had already been approached <br /> and it was his understanding that a meeting <br /> would be held with the developer, members <br /> of the Homeowners Association and some members <br /> of staff would attend addressing the concerns . <br /> It will be placed on the agenda for next meeting. <br /> Councilman Cummings Mentioned the Homeowners of Mission Greens <br /> meeting had tenatively been set for November <br /> 11 , 1982 . <br /> Councilman Cussen Wished to reaffirm that it is important as soon <br /> as possible to meet with Commissioner Jenkins <br /> to work out something cn Delaney Road. Had <br /> his windshield cracked by a rock as a car <br /> went by at this location. <br /> Mayor Meier Commented that he had spoken with Administrator <br /> Wurl on Delaney Road in June and at that time <br /> Wurl had tried to contact several members of <br /> the County previously and was unable to do so. <br /> Councilman Leary Commented in November and December about dis- <br /> cussing the 6 or 8 goal areas - could they have <br /> a tentative schedule for those meetings by <br /> the next Council meeting. <br /> Mayor Meier Commented on the water situation with the <br /> leachate he requested Administrator Wurl <br /> to prepare a short up-dated history for <br /> everyone on this issue. <br />
