Wurl advised they are in the process of com- piling this and it would be available for the next meeting. Councilwoman Morris Commented the Kosher Burrito was supposed E(oshier Burrito to write a letter on the concerns expressed by the residents , inquired if there was a time-frame. Attorney Rautenstraus advised that he had not , would contact them. `fission Greens Councilwoman Morris stated that she spoke with one of the homeowners in Mission Greens apparently they still have some problems with the developer not meeting improvements and they would like to come before Council, how do we put them on the agenda? Administrator Wurl Stated that staff had already been approached and it was his understanding that a meeting would be held with the developer, members of the Homeowners Association and some members of staff would attend addressing the concerns . It will be placed on the agenda for next meeting. Councilman Cummings Mentioned the Homeowners of Mission Greens meeting had tenatively been set for November 11 , 1982 . Councilman Cussen Wished to reaffirm that it is important as soon as possible to meet with Commissioner Jenkins to work out something cn Delaney Road. Had his windshield cracked by a rock as a car went by at this location. Mayor Meier Commented that he had spoken with Administrator Wurl on Delaney Road in June and at that time Wurl had tried to contact several members of the County previously and was unable to do so. Councilman Leary Commented in November and December about dis- cussing the 6 or 8 goal areas - could they have a tentative schedule for those meetings by the next Council meeting. Mayor Meier Commented on the water situation with the leachate he requested Administrator Wurl to prepare a short up-dated history for everyone on this issue.
