Royal Oil Company - 3.2 Beer License renewal . Enclosed in the packet is the information relating to this application for the renewal of their license, 8. Board of Appeals and Adjustment - Associate Member - The terns of Ernest Berry is expired . We have an application from Norman Laurence Indicating an interest and a recommendation from the Board that the Council appoint Norman Laurence to fil the unexpired term of Ernest Berry which will expire in January of 1985. C. Louisville Historical Commission - Appointment - Enclosed in packet is a letter of interest to be appointed the Historical Commission and a recommendation from the Commission that Patricia Jordon be appointed. 0. Hillsborough West Homeowners Park Request - Enclosed in the packet is a copy of a memo from August Hioco, Director of Community Services regarding this request . Additionally, a copy of the written request from the homeowners relating to this . The recommended action is that since we are in the process of trying to maintain cost estimates and develop a basic plan, that we table the matter until we 've been able to complete those two items and we' ll be back to Council with a recommendation. E. Centennial Valley Homeowners - On Thursday, November 11 , 1982, a city engineer met with the Centennial Valley Homeowners regarding their concern as relates to the subdivision improve- ments. They've asked to be on this agenda and will be in attendance to voice those concerns to Council . This information on this item was provided previously on what the improvements are and when they will be installed.
