Ordinance 0777 - Regal InvestmentCompany - Rezoning - <br /> Second reading - Public Hearing - Enclosed in the packet is <br /> a copy of the ordinance with the recommendations from the <br /> Planning Commission and the staff. Of course , both the <br /> applicants will be in attendance to represent their request <br /> and John Rupp will be available to answer any questions that <br /> they have. <br /> 8. Resolution 035 - Ammended Plat PUD - Aspen Greens - The <br /> information relating to this , along with a recommendation from <br /> from both Planning Commission and staff are enclosed. <br /> C. Ordinance 0778 - Alley Vacation - First reading - Also enclosed <br /> is the recommendation from the Planning Commission and staff <br /> relating to this item. <br /> D. Mesa Community Improvement Corporation - A lawsuit report <br /> and memos enclosed from the City Attorney relating to this <br /> matter who they want to add to that report at Council meeting. <br /> Item 8. City Administrator' s Report <br /> A. Daleney Road - Report - We have attempted since last Council <br /> meeting to contact, and did contact Commissioner Jenkins who <br /> once again reineratedhis statement in the letter to Council <br /> that we should meet with the County Public Works Engineer <br /> and with the road foreman. We are attempting now to set up <br /> this meeting and hope to have that meeting by the Council <br /> meeting. If so we' ll report verbally . <br /> 8. Marshall Landfill - Report - I have collected the copies of <br /> all the reports from the various tests and will summarize <br /> those and have them available at the Council meeting that <br /> summary which can be distributed which information we will <br /> release to the papers so that everyone is aware of the status . <br /> C. Study Session - Coal Creek and 1041 Standard - Requesting to <br /> reset the date. If you recall , we cancelled out the previous <br /> session. The suggested date for this would be Thursday, <br /> December 16. We' ll have in attendance Steve Williamson, the <br /> water attorney and our engineers. <br />
