•i 411 410 REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 7, 1982 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street , Louisville , Colorado. Mayor Pro-tem Fauson called the meeting to order at 7 : 33 • P .M. M.S .T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons . COUNCILMEMBERS: Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Susan Morris Michael Cuesen and John Leary ABSENT: Don Cumings , Councilman August Hioco , Director of Community Services ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus , City Attorney William Reason, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety David Blanchard, City Engineer Sharon Caranci , Chief Accountant Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk CONDOLENCES Mayor Meier expressed on his behalf, and behalf of the councilmembers and city staff sympathy and condolences to the Cummings family, Councilman Cummings father died, and the Hioco family, August Hioco ' s mother died. Mayor Pro-tem Fauson conducted the meeting as Mayor Meier had laryngitis and was unable to speak. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Meier and council approved the minutes of the regular meeting of November 16 , 1982 as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Ferrera moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business . Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. ADDITION TO AGENDA Councilman Leary requested that the Mickey Domenico letter be added to council items on the agenda. COUNCIL ITEMS Pauline Romano, 434 Lafayette Street , Ad- CLINICA CAMPESINA - FUNDING ministrator of the Clinica Campesina Health, REQUEST stated the requested funding was for an ex- panded program and facility.
