Mayor Pro-tem <br /> Fauson called the meeting to order at 7 : 33 • P .M. M.S .T. There being present <br /> at the call of the roll the following persons . <br /> COUNCILMEMBERS: Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Susan Morris <br /> Michael Cuesen and John Leary <br /> ABSENT: Don Cumings , Councilman <br /> August Hioco , Director of Community Services <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus , City Attorney <br /> William Reason, City Treasurer <br /> John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> David Blanchard, City Engineer <br /> Sharon Caranci , Chief Accountant <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> CONDOLENCES Mayor Meier expressed on his behalf, and <br /> behalf of the councilmembers and city staff <br /> sympathy and condolences to the Cummings <br /> family, Councilman Cummings father died, <br /> and the Hioco family, August Hioco ' s mother <br /> died. <br /> Mayor Pro-tem Fauson conducted the meeting <br /> as Mayor Meier had laryngitis and was unable <br /> to speak. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Meier and council approved the minutes <br /> of the regular meeting of November 16 , 1982 <br /> as presented. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Ferrera moved, Councilwoman Morris <br /> seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br /> and brought up under the proper head of <br /> business . Question called for. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ADDITION TO AGENDA Councilman Leary requested that the Mickey <br /> Domenico letter be added to council items <br /> on the agenda. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Pauline Romano, 434 Lafayette Street , Ad- <br /> CLINICA CAMPESINA - FUNDING ministrator of the Clinica Campesina Health, <br /> REQUEST stated the requested funding was for an ex- <br /> panded program and facility.
