A policy should be <br /> set before the 1984 budget as to the funding <br /> of Human Services , and any requests should <br /> be submitted to Council in June of 1984 <br /> when the budget is being considered. <br /> BART'S BUILDING MODIFICA- Mayor and councilmembers had a copy of the <br /> TION modification request and plan, which re- <br /> quired their approval. <br /> Robert Mannion , 1988 Park Lake Mr. Mannion stated the proposed expansion <br /> Drive, Boulder, Co-Owner would be a banquet and private party room. <br /> He informed Council the hallway and former <br /> beauty shop would be parr of the expansion, <br /> and are presently adjoined to the restaurant . <br /> Councilwoman inquired would this expansion <br /> provide for a "No Smoking" area. <br /> The reply was - it might lead to that . <br /> APPROVAL Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Ferrera <br /> seconded that Bart ' s Modification application <br /> be approved.
