I • <br /> REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JANUARY_ 18, 1983 <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Norbert Meier <br /> called the meeting to order at 7 :32 P.K. M.S.T. There being present at the <br /> call of the roll the following persons : <br /> COUNCILMEMBERS : John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, <br /> Don Cummings, Dennis Ferrero and Herman Fauson <br /> ABSENT: William Hesson, City Treasurer <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus , City Attorney <br /> John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> David Blanchard, City Engineer <br /> Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES Councilwoman Morris corrected the minutes <br /> CORRECTION by adding, Attorney Rautenstraus advised <br /> that the City's Agreement was made with <br /> Salt Lake City rather than a local repre- <br /> sentative of the LDS Church, regarding the <br /> shared access/shared parking issue. <br /> Mayor and Council approved the minutes of <br /> the regular meeting of January 4, 1983 <br /> as corrected. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman £error; <br /> seccnided chat the items enclosed be accepted <br /> and brought up under the proper head of <br /> business. <br /> ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA Councilman Leary requested that Director <br /> REPORT FROM THE DIRECTOR of Public Safety give a report on the policy <br /> OF PUBLIC SAFETY of patroling Main St . and any improvements <br /> that can be made in conjunction with the <br /> business men. <br /> LOUISVILLE FIRE DEPT. Councilman Fauson requested that the Louisville <br /> SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR APPLI- Fire Dept. Special Events Liquor License <br /> CATION Application be added as 5F to Council Items. <br /> Question on the motion with the additions <br /> to the agenda. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br />
