I • REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JANUARY_ 18, 1983 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Norbert Meier called the meeting to order at 7 :32 P.K. M.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons : COUNCILMEMBERS : John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, Don Cummings, Dennis Ferrero and Herman Fauson ABSENT: William Hesson, City Treasurer ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus , City Attorney John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Director of Community Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety David Blanchard, City Engineer Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES Councilwoman Morris corrected the minutes CORRECTION by adding, Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the City's Agreement was made with Salt Lake City rather than a local repre- sentative of the LDS Church, regarding the shared access/shared parking issue. Mayor and Council approved the minutes of the regular meeting of January 4, 1983 as corrected. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman £error; seccnided chat the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA Councilman Leary requested that Director REPORT FROM THE DIRECTOR of Public Safety give a report on the policy OF PUBLIC SAFETY of patroling Main St . and any improvements that can be made in conjunction with the business men. LOUISVILLE FIRE DEPT. Councilman Fauson requested that the Louisville SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR APPLI- Fire Dept. Special Events Liquor License CATION Application be added as 5F to Council Items. Question on the motion with the additions to the agenda. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.
