All in favor. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> JICINSKY CONSTRUCTION - Councilmembers had a copy of the pay request <br /> ELDROADO SPRINGS DIVERSION as well as a memo from the City Engineer <br /> FACILITIES - FINAL PAYMENT recommending payment . <br /> PAYMENT AUTHORIZED Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Fauson <br /> seconded that final payment in the amount <br /> of $4,159.00 be authorized to Jicinsky <br /> Construction Co. for the Eldorado Springs <br /> Diversion Facilities. Question called for. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> KLUBERT WAREMBOURG LETTER Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cussen <br /> ANNEXATION REQUEST seconded that the Klubert Warembourg letter <br /> annexation request be accepted and referred <br /> to the Planning Commission for review and <br /> recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> MOSES/RICKMAN LETTER - Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Ferrera <br /> ANNEXATION REQUEST seconded that the Moses/Rickman letter - <br /> annexation request be accepted and referred <br /> to the Planning Commission for review and <br /> recommendation. <br /> Councilwoman Morris Requested that the Planning Commission do <br /> a thorough review of the zoning classification <br /> requested for this annexation. Questioned <br /> high density zoning as best land use. <br /> Question called for on the motion. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> LIBRARY BOARD APPOINTMENT Councilmembers had a copy of the letter <br /> MARGE MAAGOE APPOINTED of interest from Marge Maagoe, copy of the <br /> ad for the vacancy, as well as a recommenda- <br /> tion from the Library Trustees. <br /> Councilwoman Morris moved. Councilman Leary <br /> seconded that Marge Maagoe be appointed <br /> to the Library Board for a 5 year term. <br /> Question called for. All in favor . Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br />
