EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrer& PUBLIC HEARING 2/1/83 seconded that the American Legion Special Events Liquor License Applications be accepted and the public hearing set for February I, 1983. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. JICINSKY CONSTRUCTION - Councilmembers had a copy of the pay request ELDROADO SPRINGS DIVERSION as well as a memo from the City Engineer FACILITIES - FINAL PAYMENT recommending payment . PAYMENT AUTHORIZED Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that final payment in the amount of $4,159.00 be authorized to Jicinsky Construction Co. for the Eldorado Springs Diversion Facilities. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. KLUBERT WAREMBOURG LETTER Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cussen ANNEXATION REQUEST seconded that the Klubert Warembourg letter annexation request be accepted and referred to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation. Question called for . All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. MOSES/RICKMAN LETTER - Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Ferrera ANNEXATION REQUEST seconded that the Moses/Rickman letter - annexation request be accepted and referred to the Planning Commission for review and recommendation. Councilwoman Morris Requested that the Planning Commission do a thorough review of the zoning classification requested for this annexation. Questioned high density zoning as best land use. Question called for on the motion. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. LIBRARY BOARD APPOINTMENT Councilmembers had a copy of the letter MARGE MAAGOE APPOINTED of interest from Marge Maagoe, copy of the ad for the vacancy, as well as a recommenda- tion from the Library Trustees. Councilwoman Morris moved. Councilman Leary seconded that Marge Maagoe be appointed to the Library Board for a 5 year term. Question called for. All in favor . Motion carried unanimously.
