McStain seems to be agreeable <br /> but Mr. Krueger stated that he would have <br /> to have City approval. <br /> Councilwoman Morris Requested of Administrator Wurl that a report <br /> be given on this at the next council meeting. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT Attorney Rautenstraus advised this ordinance <br /> ORDINANCE *804 - ZONING CHILD was scheduled for a public hearing this <br /> CARE - PUBLIC HEARING evening; however, the notice of the public <br /> hearing was not published timely therefore <br /> was requesti•iy the public hearing be continued <br /> until the August 16 , 1983 council meeting. <br /> CONTINUED Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Cussen <br /> seconded that the Public Hearing on Ordinance <br /> *804 - Zoning Child Care be continued until <br /> August 16, 1983. Question called for. All <br /> in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> ORDINANCE *807 - CONTRACTORS Councilmembers had a copy of the ordinance; <br /> LICENSE FEE Attorney Rautenstraus read it by title only <br /> and the request was for publication. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING BE SET Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cussen <br /> seconded that Ordinance *807 - Contractor' s <br /> License Fee be published and a public hearing <br /> be set for September 6, 1983. Question called <br /> for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> RESOLUTION *26 - PINE ST. Councilmembers had a copy of the resolution; <br /> PLAZA - REPLAT AND P.U.D. Attorney Rautenstraus read it in its entirety <br /> and Planning Commission and staff recommended <br /> approval. <br />
