• <br /> REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL January 171 1904 <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.K. M.S.T. There being present at the <br /> call of the roll the following persons: <br /> COUNCILI+ ERS: Rick Luce, Susan Morris, Robert Woodson, <br /> Betty Johnson, John Leary and Michael Cussen <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> William Hasson, City Treasurer <br /> John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> Rod Leeman, Director of Public Safety <br /> Karl Kasch, Director of Public Works <br /> Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> Bob Carpenter, City Engineer <br /> John Lanterman, City Planner <br /> APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Mayor and Councilmembers accepted the ginutes <br /> of the regular meeting of January 3, 1984 and <br /> the reorganizational meeting of January 9, <br /> 1984 as presented. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Meier stated that two items would be <br /> Additions - Homart Referen- added to the agenda - Item D under the City <br /> dum Petition, Denver Water Attorney's report - Homart Referendum Petition, <br /> Contract Proposal and Item D under the City Administrator's <br /> Report - Denver Water Contract Proposal. <br /> Mayor Meier moved, Councilwoman Morris <br /> seconded that the agenda be approved as amended. <br /> Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE BILLS City Treasurer Hasson read the bills in the <br /> amount of $104,140.56 <br /> Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Luce <br /> sec.;+nded that the bills be approved and <br /> checks issued for the same. Question called <br /> for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> COUNCIL ITENF Councilmembers had a copy of the proclamation: <br /> MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION - Mayor Meier read it in its entirety and <br /> JAYCEE WEEK then presented it to Roger Ballenger repre- <br /> senting the Louisville Jaycees. <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK Councilmembers had a copy of a memo from <br /> GRANT - ELDERLY HOUSING Director of Community Development Rupp, the <br /> PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice, map of the proposed site, and <br /> newspaper article pertaining to the CDB Grant. <br />
