. • ITEM 10. CITY ATTORNEY 'S REPORT A. ORDINANCE NO. 822 - DEFINITIONS TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE 2ND READING - A copy of the Ordinance is enclosed for your review. B. ORDINANCE NO. 823 - REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 808 NOMART REZONING 2ND READING - A copy of the Ordinance is enclosed for your review. I did meet with the Homart officials, Thursday, March 1st and they indicated to se that they would have to us, by Monday, March 5th a response to our outline of concerns and problems. We will distribute that on Monday for your approval. C. RESOLUTION NO. 10 - METROPOLITAN WATER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - A copy of the Agreement and the accompanying letters are enclosed for your review. We are soliciting comments from our consultants, but unless something changes we recommend that Council approve the Resolution. D. RESOLUTION NO. 11 - SENATE BILL NO. 194 - Individual Council members have requested that this Resolution be prepared f,r your consideration at this meeting a copy of the Resolution is enclosed. ITEM 11 . CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT A. BELLE NORDSTORM SALE AGREEMENT - 1 .34 SHARES MARSHALL WATER - A copy of the Sale Agreement is enclosed . Recommendation is that Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the Agreement . B. HYDRO CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. - MARSHALL LAKE OUTLET WORKS PAY ESTIMATE NO. 2 - A copy of the Pay Estimate. and accompanying recommendation is enclosed. Recommendation is that Council authorize payment to Hydro Construction Company, Inc . C. JOHAN CONSTRUCTION I - CITY HALL INTERIOR FINISH PAY ESTIMATE NO. 2 - A copy of the Pay Estimate , and accompanying recommendation is enclosed . Recommendation is that Council authorize payment to Johan Construction I. D. DEPARTMENT COMMUNITY SERVICES - AUTHORIZE 1984 CALL FOR BIDS FOR TREES - A copy of the specification and the numbers of trees and type 's are enclosed. Recommendation is that Council authorize us to call for bids on the 1984 tree program.
