Public Comments <br /> Item 9. General Council Items <br /> A. MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION - RECYCLING <br /> A copy of the proclamation is enclosed. <br /> B. GUS NORDSTROM - SALE AGREEMENT WATER SHARES <br /> A copy of the sale agreement is enclosed for Council's review. <br /> Recommendation is that Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk <br /> to sign the agreement. <br /> C. UNIQUE HOMES - ANNEXATION REQUEST <br /> This item was tabled, as you know, from the last meeting to <br /> give Unique Homes an opportunity to prepare a map outlining <br /> their project. unfortunately the map was not made available <br /> to us. We contacted Unique Homes and they tell us that they <br /> will present the map at the Council meeting. You might want <br /> to refer to the Memo of the last council meeting and the <br /> minutes as relates to staff's statements in that session. <br /> Item 10. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> A. ORDINANCE NO. 832 - WATER AND SEWER TAP FEE INCREASE - 2ND <br /> READING, PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> A copy of the ordinance is enclosed for Council's review <br /> and consideration. <br /> B. ORDINANCE NO. 836 - LIQUOR LICENSE FEE INCREASE - 1ST READ- <br /> ING, SET DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> During the last session of the Legislature provision was made <br /> in the State law for cities to increase their liquor license <br /> fees. The City Attorney has prepared this ordinance for <br /> Council's consideration. <br /> C. ORDINANCE NO. 836 - ADOPTING 1984 NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE <br /> 1ST READING, SET DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> This ordinance has been prepared at the request of the <br /> Building Inspection Department to update our Electrical Code. <br /> A copy is enclosed for Council's review and consideration. <br />
