General Council Items A. MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION - RECYCLING A copy of the proclamation is enclosed. B. GUS NORDSTROM - SALE AGREEMENT WATER SHARES A copy of the sale agreement is enclosed for Council's review. Recommendation is that Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement. C. UNIQUE HOMES - ANNEXATION REQUEST This item was tabled, as you know, from the last meeting to give Unique Homes an opportunity to prepare a map outlining their project. unfortunately the map was not made available to us. We contacted Unique Homes and they tell us that they will present the map at the Council meeting. You might want to refer to the Memo of the last council meeting and the minutes as relates to staff's statements in that session. Item 10. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT A. ORDINANCE NO. 832 - WATER AND SEWER TAP FEE INCREASE - 2ND READING, PUBLIC HEARING. A copy of the ordinance is enclosed for Council's review and consideration. B. ORDINANCE NO. 836 - LIQUOR LICENSE FEE INCREASE - 1ST READ- ING, SET DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING. During the last session of the Legislature provision was made in the State law for cities to increase their liquor license fees. The City Attorney has prepared this ordinance for Council's consideration. C. ORDINANCE NO. 836 - ADOPTING 1984 NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE 1ST READING, SET DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING. This ordinance has been prepared at the request of the Building Inspection Department to update our Electrical Code. A copy is enclosed for Council's review and consideration.
