SPECIAL MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JULY 24 1984 <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in special session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 !Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. There being present at the call <br /> of the roll the following persons: <br /> COUNCILMEMBERS: Rick Luce, Susan Morris, Hera Fauson, <br /> Betty Johnson and John Leary <br /> ALSO PRESENT: <br /> John Rupp, Acting City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> Karl Kasch, Director of Public Works <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> ABSENT: Mike Cussen, Councilman <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br /> APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Meier wished to amend the agenda as <br /> follows: <br /> A. Mayor's Task Force Water Committee - Dis- <br /> cussion. <br /> B. Marshall Lake Water Contract <br /> C. Neodata Letter <br /> D. Related Matters <br /> Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Fauson seconded <br /> that the agenda be approved as amended. <br /> Councilman Luce Inquired what happened to the Item on the <br /> Howard Berry Plant Item Howard Berry fast-track. <br /> Acting City Administrator Rupp advised that <br /> we were looking at the financial analysis <br /> and putting together the various scenarios <br /> that the Council had requested last week <br /> relative to the ability of the City to deal <br /> with the fast-tracking of the Howard Berry <br /> plant in conjunction with the Capital Im- <br /> provement Program; and Director of Public <br /> Works Kasch had been working on it yesterday <br /> and today and the figures and the analysis <br /> have not been completed. Since all the in- <br /> formation was not available, they thought <br /> it would be best to defer the discussion of <br /> the Howard Berry Plant rather than give <br /> Council incomplete information. <br /> Councilwoman Morris Commented that it was her impression from <br /> KKBNA that they needed a definite statement <br /> as to whether or not to proceed by this <br /> evening. <br />
