CONTINUED MEET NG LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JULY 191984 <br /> _-- <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in continued session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Beier <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:34 P.K. and the following persons were <br /> present: <br /> COUNCILI MBERS: Rick Luce, Susan Morris, Herman Fauson, <br /> Betty Johnson, John Leary and Mike Cussen <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. burl, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br /> Karl Kasch, Director of Public Works <br /> Rod Leeman, Director of Public Safety <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> RESOLUTION #22 - METROPOLITAN Councilmembers had a copy of the resolution; <br /> WATER PROVIDERS Attorney Rautenstraus read it in its entirety, <br /> and Bob Carpenter was designated as repre- <br /> sentative and Ken Ruson as alternate to the <br /> Advisory Committee created by the Metropolitan <br /> Water Development Agreement. <br /> ADOPTED Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Fauson <br /> seconded that Resolution No. 22 - Metropoli- <br /> tan Water Providers be adopted. All in favor. <br /> • Motion carried unanimously. <br /> PEDESTRIAN SIGNALS PROJECT Director of Public Works, Karl Keech reported <br /> that the pedestrian signals have been ordered <br /> for Pine St and South Boulder Road, and he will <br /> have a recommendation from Centennial Engineer- <br /> ing as to the location sites by the next Council <br /> meeting. <br /> SOUTH BOULDER ROAD STATUS Director Kasch advised because of the water <br /> and building permit moritoriums South Boulder <br /> Road improvements have been delayed, as <br /> Columbine Homes are unable to secure funds <br /> for their portion- of the project without <br /> the assurance of additional building permits <br /> for Phase II of their project. <br /> BOB BRISHEHAN, COLUMBINE Mr. Brisnehan had provided council with a <br /> ROLES, 10 Cottonwood Lane, copy of a letter dated July 19, 1984 and stated <br /> Littleton, Colorado that he, Attorney Rautenstraus, and Adminis- <br /> trator Hurl mot with the Attorney fro. Colum- <br /> bia Savings today regarding the funding by <br /> Columbia of adequate funds to permit Columbine <br /> Homes to advance the funds for the South Boulez' <br />
