RESOLUTION 33 - Louisville Reservoir Funding C .W .C .B . <br /> This matter is related to future funding requests <br /> that the City may make to the Colorado Water Con- <br /> servation Board for the Louisville Reservoir. <br /> The City is not under any obligation through this <br /> resolution. however, it is important to make formal <br /> application at this time in order to reserve a place <br /> on their list of projects to be funded in the <br /> future. <br /> Rocky Mountain Consultants letter attached. <br /> Item 11 CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> A. COLORADO MINED LAND RECLAMATION - Geotechnical <br /> Evaluation Study for Louisville. <br /> The Colorado Mined Land Division is interested in <br /> knowing if the City of Louisville would like more <br /> information on subsurface mined conditions within <br /> the City. <br /> A representative from the Division will be present <br /> at Tuesday 's meeting to discuss their proposal in more <br /> detail ( letter enclosed) . <br /> B . PROGRESS REPORT ON SOUTH BOULDER ROAD <br /> Centennial Engineering oversees this street project <br /> for the City and will be present at Tuesday 's meet- <br /> ing to answer questions of the Council . (Letter <br /> enclosed) <br /> C. REPORT ON LIBRARY EXPANSION/CITY HALL <br /> The Library Board is very interested in the Library ' s <br /> future and would like to bring a thought to the <br /> Council for consideration and discussion . <br /> D. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> The City ' s application must be submitted in January <br /> for 1985 funding approval . The last 2 years have not <br /> been successful but is is important to keep us in <br /> the game. State wide there are limited dollars for <br /> distribution and the competition is very tough for <br /> getting approval . Memo enclosed from August. <br /> E . DISCUSSION - US 36 INTERCHANGE STUDY <br /> Information item. The Study Committee meets again <br /> Friday afternoon and I will report the latest to <br /> Council at Tuesday night' s meeting. <br /> F. HARPER LAKE EXPANSION - AUTHORIZE CALL FOR BIDS <br /> Included is a schedule from Rocky Mountain Consultants <br /> on the timing for the Harper Lake Project. <br />
