i <br /> LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> FEBRUARY 19, 1985 <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m. and the following persons were <br /> present: <br /> Councilsesbers: Susan Morris, Herâ–  Fauson, Betty Johnson, <br /> John Leery, Rick Luce and Michsel Cussen <br /> Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenetraus, City Attorney <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> Ken Huson, City Engineer <br /> Cheryl Appell, City Planner <br /> Also present: William Hesson, Treasurer <br /> Absent: John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br /> Sharon Asti-Caranci , Director of Financial Services <br /> APPROVAL OF <br /> THE AGENDA Mayor Meier moved that the agenda be approved. <br /> Fauson seconded the motion. Approved unanimously. <br /> APPROVAL OF <br /> CONSENT AGENDA Mayor Meier asked if there were any requests to <br /> have items removed from the Consent Agenda. Luce <br /> requested that Item III-C be moved to Regular <br /> Business and asked that a discussion of the City 's <br /> Bicycle Policy become Item V-I under Regular <br /> Business. Hundley asked that Item III -X be moved <br /> to Regular Business, Item V-J . Mayor Meier moved <br /> that the Consent Agenda be approved as amended. <br /> Luce seconded. Approved unanimously. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS None. <br /> ORDINANCE #853 <br /> WINCHER ANNEXATION <br /> PUBLIC HEARING Rautenstraus read by title Ordinance #853, "An <br /> Ordinance Annexing to the City of Louisville, <br /> Colorado, a Parcel of Approximately 9.9 Acres <br /> Located Adjacent to South 80th Street , which is <br /> owned by John and Mary Pincher." Rsutenstraus <br /> stated that the ordinance had been properly <br /> published in the Louisville Times and that notice <br /> of the public hearing had also been properly <br /> published according to statutes. <br /> 1 <br />
