Pannell Kerr Forster is
located in Denver and is easily accessible to Louis-
ville. Their projected fee is $2,500 - $5,000. Ruudley also indicated that this is a cost
that should be passed along to the proponents of the
golf course, but Hundlay wants to be sure that the
consultant works for the City of Louisville.
It was suggested that the City contact Urban Land
Institute who would in turn impanel experts and
although this would be a good idea, from the stand-
point of cost and time, Rundley feels that the City
cannot afford to go this route.
Szymanski feels that getting this project underway
quickly isn't necessarily the issue.
