The main <br /> concern was what plan I would be if in fact <br /> the school/church is not to be built. It was <br /> also a concern by the Council that if the <br /> school is not built then the open space <br /> dedication wo4.ld have to be paid. Concern by <br /> the Council was that there is not zoning for <br /> the school itself. <br /> Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and <br /> called for a motion. <br /> Davidson moved and Mayor Fauson seconded to <br /> approve Ordinence 01020 Series 1990 with the <br /> following change, that the zoning be changed <br /> from R-L totting to R-E zoning. <br /> Hornbostel moved and Sackett seconded to make <br /> an amendment to the motion that would include <br /> the condition that it the school/church is <br /> built that the open space dedication fee be <br /> waived, but if anything else is built then <br /> they must pay the open space dedication fee. <br /> By Roll Call Vote motion was passed 6-0. <br /> Roil Call Vote was taken or the original <br /> motion. Motion was defeated 3-3 with Carni- <br /> val, Horrbostel and Mayor Fauson voting no. <br /> Sackett moved and Carnival seconded to ap- <br /> prove Ordinance $1020 with the following <br /> changes, that the zoning be changed from R-L <br /> to R-R and to also include the amendment.
