What we will be doing by grading this area and providing the storm piping system is that only this area, lots 1 9, only the rear lots will be going that direction now. Hornbostel s I'm concerned about the access to South Boulder Road. The hill is so steep that it's very difficult to stop even in the best weather at the bottas of the hill.
